Méchin brings a wide range of knowledge in traditional French cooking and presentation to Famille. After training at l’Auberge de Chavannes and later on at the Gevingey Culinary Apprentice School, Méchin took his skills to California where he was head Chef at the Four Seasons in Newport Beach. From there he went on to open several other restaurants for the Four Seasons brand, with his most recent post at the St. Julien Hotel and Spa in Boulder, CO.

Noailles brings 25 years of food and beverage experience and knowledge to the leadership team at Famille. Noailles holds degrees from the University of the Pacific in addition to attending the Master Sommelier program at Charlie Trotters in Chicago. Most recently, Clancy worked at the Carmel Valley Ranch, where he was able to further his knowledge of sourcing fresh ingredients from the on-site farm, featuring organic produce and livestock.
